Most of you heard me say I don't really care for contests because in the grand scheme of things, they don't signal the beginning and definitely not the end.  My life has been consumed by this project for the last six months and to see it unfold has been a wonderful gift for me and hopefully for you.  Sometimes to fulfill our goals and dreams we have to venture outside our comfort zone and reach for the finish line no matter how uncomfortable the process may be.  The music business has changed greatly.   While it seems technology has made it easier, it is much harder than ever to maneuver.  So, take heart, and please please DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED.  Continue to write  and share your gifts with the world.  However, do strike a balance and continue to educate yourself to stay abreast of the changing landscape.  It has been a pleasure to meet you all, and I hope this is just the beginning.  I know I said I was through but I want to you all to keep reaching, and I'm going to do my best to help you find the the information you need to keep reaching higher.
